🐄 🌾My magical surprise birthday ⛺️🐑

I do not have words for the surprise my boys planned for my birthday. This is literally everything that makes me happy-it brings tears to my eyes.
We spent the night in a gorgeous yurt with our own baby highland cows-Willy & Wallen and our own sheep-Dilly & Dally. We spent the night crafting our own cowboy hats, played cards, had an outdoor movie night, then slept through the most insane storm we’ve ever been in.
Thank you to my boys & to @thecowabungacamp @superstitionhighlands ,
every minute was perfect 🐄🐑🌾🤍 #highlandcow #babycows #sheep #cowabungacamp #birthdaysurprise taken in Pine, Arizona by @tidaradevski

This woman right here is one of the strongest ones I know & is one of the biggest reasons I am where I am physically and mentally. I started working out with Stacy 10+ years ago & her words run through my head, every day, even when it’s not her class. When I feel like I can’t jump any higher, run any further, I hear her-you can do anything you put your mind to (she might be screaming, but it’s in a loving way 😜)

She has also taught me to look at fitness as fun & that you should move your body everyday, because there’s going to be a day where you can’t. She helped me without knowing it during my double mastectomy recovery, ❤️‍🩹

She has been such a huge part of me and now our family-as we teach Skater the importance of taking care of your body physically & mentally.

Our family loves you @tnttraining and we are so happy you are ok. Glad to have you back too, we missed you. 🤍

Stacy’s story @siete33 : This is a hard but important post to write. I almost lost one of my sister best friends 2 weeks ago. Our fitness community has been concerned and some aren’t even aware that on June 24th, Stacy Smith Langer suffered a cardiac arrest at one of the gyms. She was so fortunate her husband Michael Langer was there to catch her in his arms. She was even more fortunate that an AED was nearby and saved her life… twice.

Stacy was treated and thoroughly tested at Mayo Clinic Hospital. She had a defibrillator/pacemaker inserted in her chest. Thankfully, it was there for her release day on Friday because it did its job and activated during her third cardiac arrest! Stacy remained in the hospital for a few days and after extensive testing was diagnosed with sarcoidosis of the heart. She is adjusting to medication and a new lifestyle. Those who know Stacy know she is healthy and strong and will be back leading us through fitness sooner than later. taken in Scottsdale, Arizona by @tidaradevski
