Out Now: @terresanmusic - Calling Home

"Calling Me Home is the most upbeat and structured of the three tracks. This song came about over a long period of time. The vocals had been recorded in San Francisco, while I was visiting my family, and were part of a much earlier version of the track. I ended up stripping it down to the bare minimum and rebuilt it with some other ideas I had. From time to time that happens during
production. It’s just not flowing, something does’t sit right, or you feel a little overwhelmed. I find it helps to take the few elements you really believe in and start afresh, staying simple and going from there. It’s definitely a dance track, with the heavy kick and baseline creating the groove.

Though the vocals I really wanted to express my feeling of being called to do music. Of being drawn into this world with the potential to be set free, to really live out my humanity. It does, however, also express my hesitation and ambiguity with diving headfirst into being an artist and making music full time. Only time will tell ;)"

Out Now: @terresanmusic - Recorded Textures

"This track was a lot about that flow state all musicians chase. It was produced quite
quickly. My ideas just kept growing and by the end I had to cut various parts, as the track was sounding too dense and filled. I opted for using my voice in an atmospheric sense, rather than writing lyrics. It’s a track that I made with a smile on my face, enjoying the process and I hope that comes across in the final version."
