A little crazy idea + the right people who believed in it… and somehow, here we are. 🧡

Watching this empty space slowly turn into Tiên’s Sandwich feels surreal. There’s been a LOT of work, a LOT of decisions, and definitely a LOT of “okay… what do we do now?” moments. 😂

I’m beyond grateful for my partners, our families, our friends, and all the amazing people who have helped bring this little dream to life — from the very first idea to building this space from the ground up. 🧡

Thank you to everyone who trusted the vision, supported us, shared your time and expertise, and stood by us through all the chaos. This journey would look very different without you.

We’re not done yet… but we’re getting there! 🙌🏻

Can’t wait to open these doors and finally share Tiên’s Sandwich with you all. 🥖✨

HVAC is officially DONE ✅🔥
And now we’re moving on to FRAMING! 🛠️

Slowly but surely, everything is starting to come together. Watching the space transform from an empty shell — or what we jokingly called our “greenhouse” 🌱😂 — into our little dream spot is honestly so exciting! 🥹❤️

More updates coming soon… Tiên’s Sandwich is taking shape! 🥖✨

POV: The dream is finally taking shape. 🥹🏗️🥖

✅ First inspection — PASSED
🏗️ Concrete — POURING
🥖 Bánh mì shop — COMING TO LIFE

After months of planning, permits, paperwork, waiting, and a whole lot of stress… seeing the concrete go down today made it all feel REAL. 🧡

We’re building this from the ground up, and we want you to come along for the journey.

Wesley Chapel… are you ready for Tiên’s Sandwich? 👀🥖

A few weeks ago, this was just an empty grey shell.

Today, the windows are taped, the plumbing is going in, and our dream is starting to take shape.

There are still many steps ahead, but seeing real progress reminds us why we started this journey.

See you soon, Wesley Chapel. 🥖☕❤️

🎉 IT’S OFFICIAL! OUR BUILDING PERMIT HAS BEEN ISSUED! 🎉

Today is a day we’ll never forget.

After months of waiting, countless emails, phone calls, revisions, inspections, and more patience than we ever imagined… our building permit has finally been approved.

This permit is more than just a piece of paper.

It’s proof that every obstacle, every delay, every sleepless night, and every moment we wondered, “When will we finally be able to start?” was worth pushing through.

There were times when things felt uncertain.
There were moments we had to simply trust the process.
But we never gave up on our dream of bringing authentic Vietnamese bánh mì to Wesley Chapel.

Today, that dream officially moves forward.

From this point on, we’ll be sharing every step of our journey—from an empty shell to the place where friends and families will gather over fresh bánh mì, Vietnamese coffee, and great memories.

To everyone who has encouraged us, checked in on us, believed in us, and patiently waited…

Thank you. ❤️

This is only the beginning.

See you soon,
Tiên’s Sandwich
