Trane 16 seer with 80% variable speed furnace we just completed. Moved the condenser from one side of the yard to the other and moved the furnace to the attic so our customer could utilize her closet for storage. Also built an extra large platform for easy accessibility and some additional storage area. #tier1airconditioning #takeprideinourwork #airconditioning #hvaclife #condenser #furnace #hardtostopatrane #bluecollar by @tier1airconditioning

Raypak MVB boiler from last week that we teamed up with @fitzhauerconstruction to do. These things are slick, much smaller footprint than a hi-delta. Only gripe is that the flue exits on the bottom. #tier1airconditioning #takeprideinourwork #bluecollarbrotherhood #hvaclife #boiler #hotwater #raypak #plumbing #dirtyhandscleanmoney by @tier1airconditioning
