A fun event my family and I participate in the last several years. This was the first time I submitted any bread at the Custer County Fair and a new recipe for chocolate spice cookies. Placing (1st place/Champion) sourdough loaf, (1st place/Reserve Champion) white bread loaf, and (1st Place/Champion/Best of Show) for my cookies. Thank you to all the people who make Custer County Fair happen every year! I’ll see you next year! ❤️ by @tierrachocolates

This Saturday menu at Weatherford Farmers’ Market 8am-noon. Assorted croissants, cherry ginger scones, strawberry rhubarb and cream cheese danishes, sourdough loaves, croissant cinnamon rolls, personal cobblers- stone fruit, mix berry, and apple. Macaron ice cream sandwiches- banana caramel and sorbets- raspberry Riesling and mix berry elderflower. Happy Friday! by @tierrachocolates

Farmer’s Market day tomorrow in Weatherford from 8am-noon. Here’s what I’ll be bringing- assorted croissants 🥐, blueberry cream cheese danishes, ricotta cherry rounds, brown butter chocolate chip cookies, brown butter frosted oatmeal raisin cookies, strawberry apricot scones, sourdough loaves, assorted macaron ice cream sandwiches and sorbets. Weatherford Market day tomorrow 8am-noon at the old fire station on Kansas St. Here’s the menu: chocolate, plain and almond croissants, sourdough loaves, chai spice croissant rolls, blueberry lemon scones, and a couple of strawberry lavender rhubarb jam. It’s another hot weekend so I will have assorted ice cream macaron sandwiches as well as sorbets in flavors of: mimosa and blackberry basil. Have a good weekend all! by @tierrachocolates

Weatherford Farmers’ Market line up 8am-noon. Assorted croissants, danishes (strawberry cream cheese) and (black cherry lemon curd), blueberry mango scones, assorted macaron ice cream sandwiches, and sourdough loaves. I decided to make some botanical sorbets available tomorrow because of this intense heat wave. Flavors of sorbets: strawberry garden basil, raspberry scented rose geranium, and blueberry lavender. by @tierrachocolates

Due the weather and cancellation of Elk City Market yesterday, my kids and niece will be at Wong’s today at 5pm to sell their fresh fruit drinks, kombucha, animal cookies and kids dried flower necklaces. So come out to see them and grab some Chinese food while you’re at it! by @tierrachocolates
