*GRADUATE SPOTLIGHT*

Tierra, MBA
Program: Master of Business Administration

Strategy. Discipline. Prayer. Elevation.

When I started this program I was unsure of myself. Not because I doubted my ability, but because I didn’t have a clear vision for what came next. I knew I was capable. I knew I belonged in the room. What I didn’t know was how the pieces would come together after the degree was complete.

As the program progressed, that uncertainty became an invitation to trust the process. Each class, conversation, and challenge helped sharpen my direction and strengthen my confidence. I learned that clarity doesn’t always come first; that sometimes it’s built through consistency, faith, and simply showing up willing to grow.

My goal shifted from trying to have all the pieces figured out to elevating, growing, and stepping fully into the woman God designed me to be. This journey stretched me, strengthened me, and taught me the power of showing up even on the days when I felt overwhelmed.

From late nights and long assignments to group projects and presentations, I pushed through with grace, discipline, and Philippians 4:6 in my back pocket: “Be anxious for nothing; but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.”

That scripture carried me more times than I can count.

Throughout this program I not only sharpened my leadership skills but deepened my confidence and learned how to trust God with the details while trusting myself with the work. I didn’t just earn a degree, I evolved.

I’m stepping into my next chapter with intention, expectation, and peace. Whatever God has aligned, I’m ready for it.

This isn’t just a graduation.
It’s a testimony.
A reminder that faith works, discipline pays off, and becoming is a beautiful journey.
