Had the best time at @hotelxcaretarte 🤍 The resort is designed to make you feel like you are the only ones there. Our favorite activities included floating down their lazy river, stand up paddle boarding and kayaking, the food and service was also amazing! Our favorite restaurant was lunch at Arenal 😻 by @tifajy

My cheerleading journey!!!

Sunday dinner is always so much fun!!! They leave my heart so full ❤️

Sharing my French dip sandwich recipe below ⬇️

🧅 Caramelized onions (~ 2 onions per sandwich): My cheat code is to start off cooking them in my Dutch oven for about 30 minutes with oil or butter. I add in a generous serving of salt and stir every 10 minutes for the first 30 minutes. Then I heat my oven to 400 F and leave it in with the lid on. Every 30 minutes I will stir the onions to ensure they don’t burn. Around 2 hours I add worchesthire sauce and let it cook for 2 more hours! 4 hours total.

🥩 Chuck Roast ( 1/2 pound of meat per sandwich): Start off searing the chuck roast then adding in red wine, beef broth, garlic, celery, carrots, onions, peppercorns, thyme, oregano, bay leaf, worchesthire sauce. I don’t measure, it’s a very forgiving recipe!

🫜Horseradish cream: Mix together horseradish, sour cream, mayo, chives, lemon juice and salt!
