teaching my first crochet workshop felt like a full circle moment

seeing everyone start from scratch, take their time, and really get into it…

it reminded me why I started in the first place

I first learned crochet at my local library…
and I couldn’t quite get it at the time.

so I went home and taught myself instead.

Before the pieces, before the drop, it’s always been about the process. Crochet has been a part of my life for years, and now it sits at the core of everything I create through Dela Merino.

I’ve been invited to host a crochet workshop on April 11th in support of Human Concern, and I wanted to open that space up to you as well ♡
