I built my first business from scratch. Grew it over 16 years. Sold it on QVC and the Today Show. Shipped to every state in the country. And eventually made the decision to sell it and step into a new chapter.

I kept thinking how much easier some seasons would have been if I had a mentor. Someone who had already built the business, made the mistakes, learned the lessons, and could simply say, “I’ve been there. Here’s what worked for me.”

That’s why I created Founder to Founder.

It’s a private mentorship program for women entrepreneurs. Whether you’re just starting out or scaling to the next level, we work together to build the strategy, clarity, and confidence your business deserves.

Real, hands-on support from someone who’s been in the trenches.

But honestly? The best part isn’t the just the numbers and strategy. It’s the community. Watching these women show up for each other, collaborate instead of compete, and celebrate each other’s wins like they’re their own. THAT is what keeps me going.

I don’t usually let other people do the talking. But these women earned the mic. 🎤 💗 Every one of these women sat across the table from me for six weeks. We mapped out their next 12 months together. Pricing. Planning. Marketing. Priorities. The stuff that keeps you up at night as a founder. 
And yes, we built strategies. But I think what I’m most proud of is what happened along the way: 
They got clear. They got confident. And they stopped feeling like they had to figure everything out alone. 
I built my first business without a business big sister in my corner. I spent a lot of years learning things the hard way. 
It’s a big part of the reason Founder to Founder exists.

The more time passes, the more I realize how much women are carrying behind the scenes. Building businesses, raising babies, chasing dreams, and trying to find a little time for ourselves somewhere in between.

And while we might make it look easy, we all know it’s anything but.

Still trying to put into words what happened at Next Up. ✨ What started as an idea became something so much bigger than I imagined.

17 incredible women. 6 experts. One full day of strategy, breakthroughs, honest conversations, and the kind of connections that remind me WHY I do this.

Apparently my newest business mentors are 8 and 5.

My kids made over $400 in less than 3 hours selling lemonade + cookies, and watching them work reminded me how simple some of the best business lessons really are.

⭐️Make it look good.
⭐️Create an experience.
⭐️Be excited about what you’re selling.
⭐️Price it right.
⭐️And make it mean something beyond the sale.

Whether it’s a lemonade stand on the corner or a million-dollar business, the fundamentals don’t change that much.

And watching my kids discover that for themselves? My favorite part. 😍 by @tiffany_dominguez_
