i’m Tiffany, founder of Yacht Club, business coach for creative women, former PR + branding agency owner, yogi, and perpetual high achiever.

thank you for being part of the reason I get to wake up and face my dream job every day. it didn’t come without some challenges, but I’m so glad we stayed the course. 😉

15 years

Loss has a way of asking the questions we avoid:

What are you doing with your life?
Who are you becoming?
What are you carrying that’s too heavy to keep holding?

My answer back in 2025 was simple:
If it doesn’t feel light, aligned, or joyful… I’m not doing it anymore.

That decision didn’t just change my life — it changed my work.

It opened doors I never could have seen coming. Thank goodness I’m wise enough to leap.

Chasing joy led me to creating a new kind of space for women founders who don’t want to grind their way to success. Women who want to strategies and joy to co-exist. 💫

That space is Yacht Club.

Two reminders for you:👇

1. Performing at a high level doesn’t mean self-caring at a low level.

2. You cannot sUcceed without yoU.

I poured my heart out on stage at the @renaissancewomenssummit hoping that by sharing my rock bottom moment, I’d make an impact on just one woman who is dancing with exhaustion and burnout.

Because you don’t have to abandon yourself to find true success.

But whoa. 😱 The number of you who came up to me and shared your intimate stories with me, who told me you were in tears or that you’ve been moved to the point of immediate Action… that part I never saw coming. 🥹

And I’m so damn grateful. 💗💗💗

Because I know what happens when we start standing up for our desires and our energetic thresholds. 🧲✨

When we start saying No to what no longer serves us so that we can say YES to what does. ☁️👑

THERE SHE IS 🪞🫰🏼

yes, confidence starts on the inside

but there’s something about putting on the outfit and jewelry, catching your reflection in the mirror and thinking, okayyyy, there she is.

that’s why we invited @chelliecarlson and Drew of @dylanlex into the room at our last Yacht Club On Shore retreat.

not every moment has to be about tweaking your funnel or perfecting your marketing strategy.

because feeling good and looking good does affect your confidence as a business owner (come at me if you want, but I didn’t make the rules)

and time talking about that is just as important as time spent tweaking your funnel or perfecting your marketing message

I SEE YOU BECAUSE I WAS YOU.

years ago, long before Yacht Club, I was on the cover of a magazine
and I didn’t like my own reflection in the mirror. she was a shell of herself in so many ways.

I wish I still had that cover
because I’m so damn proud of that girl.

she got herself there.
she kept going.
and she had no idea how much more she was willing to risk and how much she was about to grow.

so if you’re the founder who looks like she has it all together but still feels alone and a teeny bit chaotic on the inside…

I see you.
I was you.

And that’s exactly why creating a space for women to build big businesses, have honest conversations, lift each other up, and not pretend everything is fine all the time matters so much to me.

SLIDE 11 IS MY TRUE SAVING GRACE

my clients all know what it means, but I’m happy to share more if you have questions.

the truth is I’ve been drinking from a fire hose the last few months...

and grateful as I am for the momentum, I’m also working hard to not get swept off my feet.

the taunt of hustle disguised as opportunity is ever present

so that means doubling down on what I know brings me joy and helps me make the wisest decisions for my present and my future

looking back at these highlights of the last 2 months makes me feel like i’m doing something right.

so much time with friends, so many celebratory moments of the people around me, and enough sunsets and sunrises to know i’m still above water...
