Happy Monday!! Thought I’d share a lil one year comparison. First photo is from Jan 2024 and the second from Jan 2025.

Sometimes I can be really hard on myself regarding my results and wonder if I’m making progress, but then I look at these photos and realize how far I’ve come. One of my main goals, was strengthening and growing my glutes.

It’s amazing how we don’t always notice our progress until we reflect on who we were before. This photo comparison makes me so happy because it shows that all the hard work, consistency, tough gym days, and sticking to a healthy diet have paid off! It’s truly unreal.

So, here’s a little reminder: if you’re starting a journey toward a goal, give it a year of consistent effort. It’s okay to slip up along the way, but getting back on track is what keeps you moving forward. Once you hit that one-year mark, take a moment to reflect on how far you’ve come—I promise you’ll be amazed by the results!

Okay so a bit of a personal post/story time tonight…

The girl on the left loathed herself. She didn’t eat throughout the day, counted every calorie and pushed herself over the limit with cardio. That girl struggled with anxiety and depression and felt trapped in a constant wave of insecurity, lack of self-worth and confidence. That girl was self-sabotaging and unhappy. She didn’t look forward to her future.

Fast forward to 2024 and this girl has slowly started putting herself back together over the years.

The girl on the right took a long time to overcome her internal battles. However, she’s doing pretty good today 🥹. She’s eating consistently throughout the day in order to fuel her body. She lifts weights five times per week and incorporates LISS cardio. Though she may still struggle with her self-confidence, she is learning to give herself extra love on her bad days. She chooses to be kind to herself and truly appreciate her mind, body and soul. She is proud of the person she is becoming and can’t wait to see what her future holds!

Healing yourself takes time and commitment but it’s so bloody worth it! Trusting this process has been key for me, and although I still have my good and bad days, I’m pretty stoked with the progress I’ve made. It’s not just about the physical transformation; it’s about the newfound confidence, energy, and vitality that radiate from within. Couldn’t have done it without my amazing family and friends, and also the girl in the photo, she’s my rock 🤍

Here’s to honouring our bodies and embracing the journey towards our best selves, no matter how long it takes. 🌱💪
