A culinary heritage, carried forward.

Chef Husban Nabi Qureshi brings five generations of culinary knowledge to Tiffin Room, with a family lineage dating back to 1870 and roots in the royal kitchens of Lucknow.

A descendant of the royal Khansamas, the master chefs who served the Nawabs, he carries forward the traditions of Awadhi and Mughlai cuisine, including the ancestral art of Dum Pukht.

At Tiffin Room, generations of knowledge meet the energy of a modern kitchen, with Chef Husban at the heart of the experience.
