Here are some drills for you to perfect your back handspring!💪🏻✨

Pro Tip: Flyers should push through their shoulders and not pull their arms into a T-motion!

We’re excited to welcome one of Europe’s leading coed coaches to Good to Great Europe! 💯

Lasse Arnesen began cheer in 2007, started coaching in 2009, and today leads both Tigers Coed Premier and Team Norway Coed Premier with his coaching team. He’s built his reputation on making partner stunting understandable and teachable, with a philosophy that combines keep it stupid simple with logical, physics-based solutions for every base and flyer.

For the coed technique classes, Lasse is joined by two of the very best athletes in Europe:

Theodor Thærum and Fanny Nupen, both back-to-back European Champions with NRC Tigers and runner-up World Champions with Team Norway in 2024.

It’s wonderful to see the best of the best represented here – and year by year, this conference grows stronger through international sharing and collaboration with this year Norway, the UK, Finland and the US represented in our technique classes!

See you tomorrow! 😍
