💫 From ECU’s Industrial Design studios to the runway at London Fashion Week ✨ Alum Tiger Peng (BDes ’23) debuted their collection Private Ensemble at London Fashion Week and blended fashion, research and sculptural design in their gorgeous garments. Inspired by queer nightlife in East London, the collection features wooden structures extending from dresses, tops and a statement leather jacket with a hometown connection: Vancouver’s @lonsdaleleather Drawing on the interdisciplinary mindset developed at ECU and in Hélène Day Fraser’s classes, Tiger is expanding what fashion can be through their approach and proves that innovation happens when you follow your story and trust your process. Congratulations, Tiger, on this remarkable milestone. 🖤 Learn more at link-in-bio 📸 Photos courtesy of Tiger Peng Image Descriptions: 1. Tiger Peng on the runway with a model wearing his design. 2.
