« If you wake up with the devil’s flu, do as Yazzie Boo do.
Take Auntie’s remedy, in the form of Ciroc Berry 🍓 «

A failed attempt at a triple PB whammy for September but a personal best memory nonetheless. I shared the start line, sidelines & finish line with my bestest friends & cheerleaders in the world & what could be better than that?

Normalise walking on runs, normalise having fun & normalise taking yourself a lil less seriously. Just make sure you look out for @simonrphoto so you can drop some game poses, just try not to knock anyone over in the process as I did.

(& 54 mins…I’m still coming for you though…)

The Big Half in motion.
Captured by the greatest - 📸 @adrianvarzaru + @simonrphoto 💚

Pacing the @officialbighalf block for @runlimited.ldn + @cadence made running past the slushy stop even more special, especially with an OG @runnerbeansclub behind the lens.
Turns out you can get PBs when you train 🫦
