While creating this collage, so many emotions and memories of the indescribably beautiful time at @fjallravenofficial Polar came flooding back. 🐾❄️🤍 Being out in the raw wilderness with an amazing team makes you appreciate the truly important and essential things in life all over again. After that, you look at everyday life with completely different eyes. ✨

Applications for Polar 2026 are open until November 24, 2025. If you love nature, real freedom, and that feeling of pure aliveness — go apply! These memories still won’t let go of me. ❄️🤍

We finished our third multi day hike for 2023 and our first visit to Fjällräven Classic Sweden 🇸🇪

What an impressive hike and gorgeous scenery.

Fjällräven Classic UK 2026 - What a blast!

It’s been 4 weeks now, and I’ve finally managed to set these wondertul experiences and memories in motion. We really enjoyed all the nice conversations and encounters with you all during the trek. It was an honor to be part of Classic UK again this year. For me, Classic UK, with its very special character and style, is the most personal Classic.

Many thanks to the organizing team and all the lovely volunteers - you can really feel that a lot of love goes into this.

Once again, you have done a really great job! 🙏🏻

The Classic UK takes you through the beautiful Lake District over 3 days and a total of 50 km.

One of the greatest and most unforgettable adventures I’ve ever experienced.
The Fjällräven Polar season has officially begun again, and soon, a new group of Arctic explorers will have the chance to embark on this truly unique journey. ❄️🦊🫶🏻

Those were truly special days that we spent with wonderful people and the organizer’s fantastic team.
We were also lucky enough to see so many familiar faces again, meet them in person, and make new friends.

Another set of photos from our hike through the beautiful Lake District during the Fjällräven Classic UK.
One of the real highlights of the Classic were the beautifully designed, handmade Classic UK banners by @misc_adventures — truly beautiful pieces that perfectly captured the spirit of the event 🦊

Along the way, we crossed countless bridges and streams, hiked through stunning valleys, and were rewarded with incredible views again and again. We also passed through a wonderfully charming little village, complete with a particularly photogenic old-fashioned phone box.
A beautiful landscape, unforgettable moments, and countless little details that made this hike truly special.

What an incredible few days at the Fjällräven Classic UK! 🏕️🥾

This was already our fourth time taking part – and I have to say: this Classic is my personal favourite.

Every Classic is unique in its own special way.
But at the Classic UK in particular, you can really feel how much love, care and passion the organisers put into making this event what it is.
It’s an event you work towards all year long and look forward to with so much anticipation.

Once again this year, we had the chance to meet so many wonderful people and reconnect with old friends. Because in the end, it’s these encounters that make a Classic truly special. The Classics live through their participants – through the stories, the time spent together, the laughter, and that feeling of being part of a very special community for a few days.

Of course, taking a look behind the scenes also shows just how much work and dedication goes into an event like this. The amazing volunteers give their all to make sure we have an unforgettable adventure.
For that, I want to say a heartfelt thank you to every single one of you! ❤️
You can feel that special bond among the volunteer team as well – the very thing that makes the Classic UK so special. It’s wonderful to see how much passion, camaraderie and joy you bring to what you do.
@_claredyson @richsmith__ and the entire volunteer team: once again, you managed to put not only a huge smile on my face, but on the faces of so many of us, and to create unforgettable moments that we’ll carry with us for a long time to come.

Thank you for these wonderful days, for the encounters, and for all the little and big moments that will stay with us for a long time.

I truly hope we’ll see each other again next year. 💚

Once again, we had a wonderful time in the beautiful Lake District National Park at the @fjallravenofficial Classic UK.

I’m very proud of my wife hej.sij and grateful that we were able to experience the Classic together—despite her ongoing problems with her broken heel bone. It was a risk to participate, but since we had reduced the weight of her backpack as much as possible, it worked out perfectly.

It’s always a pleasure to be there!

Moments from the @fjallravenofficial Classic Sweden.
It was pouring rain that day, making the stage a real challenge due to the weather.
After a short break and a friendly visit from a four-legged companion, we met our friend and outdoor/expedition expert @bornfouradventure
Together, we set off and hiked the rest of the day’s stage.

A challenging day that became all the more special thanks to good company and unexpected encounters along the way.
