ibiza hidden beaches + solo morning hikes >>> i love going on random adventures with myself. picking a random place on the map, having no plan, no place to be, losing cell serviceā€¦ being completely immersed in the nature around me. the sounds of the waves washing up against the shore. the bluest water being the perfect temperature. the sun shining. and this just being another Saturday morning. always reminding myself how blessed I am for little luxuries like this by @tiinawalton
nosara, you are a very special place. a few thoughts about the past 6 months and this never-ending journey we are all on šŸŒ¹ - living by the beach does something to your nervous system, the sound of the waves, the smell of the ocean, the taste of the salty water - learning to surf, still learning to surf, and realizing it will always be the most humbling sport to me - Roxygirl, our sweet foster dog that we fell so in love with, adopted, and who is now a world traveler (last pic is my fav) - moments of inner growth, healing, and learning, the undocumented part of the journey - the fresh fruits, nourishing foods, and everything that makes you feel good from the inside out - buying my very own surfboard - coworking in the jungle, surrounded by beautiful plants and greenery, an oasis - to dance, all the time - teaching yoga again, all the beautiful early mornings it gave me, to be in service - outdoor jungle gyms >> - a life where there is no numbing, only feeling, and the aliveness that comes with it - Navi rides, the wind in my hair, ohhh what a life see you when I see youāœØ by @tiinawalton
i used to wonder if my deep desire to travel and leave the comfort of home meant i was running away from something but what i realized is the complete opposite. iā€™ve been running toward myselfā€”embracing new ways of being, cultures, people, and the most epically beautiful places that take your breath away. so many of my favorite moments have been hard to put into to words and undocumentedā€¦ this life!! is the only life i want to livešŸŖ½ @luiza_cmesquita is pure magicšŸ“øāœØ by @tiinawalton
sundays šŸ§” and the most beautiful time of year in mexico city. streets dressed in marigolds, the richest shades of orange and pink, flowers spilling from every corner, the scent of copal in the air, music drifting through the streets. a city overflowing with life, love, and color. how beautiful to celebrate life and death with so much love. every year i fall a little more in love with mexico. each one somehow more beautiful than the lastšŸ§” by @tiinawalton
i love being a multidimensional human being. soft and wild. grounded and free. playful and deeply contemplative. a lover of lifeā€™s little pleasures and the thrill of the unfamiliar. the quiet intimacy of ordinary moments and the delicious chaos of spontaneity. all the colors, textures, shapes, and layers that make us who we are. the way everything shifts when we let the light in. i love the thought that we are not one fixed thing. that no single version of ourselves could ever capture the whole of who we are. to be changed by the places we go, the people we love, the music that moves our bodies, the moments that invite us to stay just a while longer. to let every experience reveal another facet of ourselves. and to spend this one precious lifetime discovering all the beautiful dimensions of what it means to be human. by @tiinawalton

this past september marked 3 years since i moved out of nyc, and iā€™m not quite sure where the time has gone. at the time i moved out with absolutely zero plan, just needing to give myself the space to figure it out and then the universe did its thing and guided me into this nomadic life. living in countries all around the world, each experience shaping the next one. iā€™ve been in flow, thatā€™s for sure. but iā€™ve also put myself in soooo many situations that have challenged me, shaped me, helped me grow, and changed me for the better. i usually only post happy times on here but as iā€™ve been reflecting on the past three years, itā€™s been all of it. so damn hard, and also the best years of my life. and to be honest, i wouldnā€™t have it any other way, because we are here to feel it and to experience it all. thatā€™s when we are mostttt alive ;) ohhhh and hi cdmx šŸ˜¬ iā€™m so so excited to be living here this fall by @tiinawalton

this island makes my heart skip a beat by @tiinawalton
Ibiza I love youuu truly the most incredible five weeks in the most beautiful place, surrounded by some of the most down to earth human beings iā€™d been wanting to spend time here for a few years, but the timing never felt right. i (of course) didnā€™t want to just go on a short trip. i really wanted to immerse myself, to ground, take my time and get to know the place and the community. to live it fully i knew this experience was going to be special, but i had no idea just how special. this island has soooo much magic. the synchronicities, the beauty, the bright colors, the fashion, the magnetic energy, the feeling of so much expansion and openness to life, and people who genuinely want to connect and get to know one another i went in with almost no plan and a deep trust that somehow everything would unfold more beautifully than i ever couldā€™ve imagined itā€™s been another reminder and practice of surrender. of less forcing and planning and controlling. of just beingā€¦ letting life surprise you, flowing more and noticing how you feel in each momentā€¦ trusting that inner knowing within yourself to guide you ibiza, you feel like home to me, all the way across the world, and i already canā€™t wait to be back by @tiinawalton
