All the lil guys I made over the summer have been bisqued and now I have learned a valuable lesson: more cleanup is needed at the green stage if I don’t want to spend a week sanding bisque. 😆 Thank the gods for audiobooks bc these still need to be painted, glazed, and fired again.

Last photo is fresh work in ✨porcelain✨ that - work gods-willing - I’ll clean up tonight, starting the whole greenware pile all over again.

I love autumn out east. The soups, the leaves, the apple picking, the smells. But my favorite part about fall and the cooler weather is that Bug comes back to sleep on the bed and snuggle. 🥰 by @tikabelle

I’ve been working on this so hard and I’m delighted to present: a new website! One that should do things like “allow more than one item in a cart” and “not delete items bc they are not the same.” Little things. 😆

Thank you all for your support these last 2 months. There are many, many more things in the pipeline, so if you’ve been thinking “huh, it would be cool to have a tool that…,” shoot me an email and let’s get at it!

Next up: standard cutter sizes for circles, squares, and rectangles, including for photo frames (thank you @mikkisframeshop for the idea!)!

I was getting ready to dive into some work I’ve been putting off when the notification for a post from @owlandbonestarot popped up. “FINE!” I snapped, and grabbed my cards.

Well, here we are:
I need to trust my gut. I need to pause some relationships that aren’t healthy or don’t feel equitable. And I need to do both of those things before accomplishment is possible.

The last leg of my trip was an amazing 3 days with my beloved coven, eating biscuits the size of our heads, catching up with 2/3 of my WA niephlets,(why are they so TALL?!), visiting allllll the witch shops, and ending with a hangover craft day on the back patio after an epic night of tarot and cocktails. I could not be happier with my friends, my family, or my life.

As Lena LaMont famously said, “Bless you all.”

And then we went to the Alaska State Fair where we petted allllll the baby animals, I got fully clocked by a bunny, there was a 3’ paella I could have happily drowned in, my aunt and I finally took a good photo, I got my cards read, and I bought some art, ate things I probably shouldn’t have, and grabbed some hoodies.

No trip to Anchorage is complete without a pilgrimage to @titlewavebooksak and a celebratory cider @doubleshovelciderco.

We do it different up here. Family, food, the Anchorage Zoo, cousin hockey practice, 9pm playing in the yard…

I left Alaska and my life Outside is wonderful, but coming back for visits always reminds me of how many reasons there are to love my home state. by @tikabelle
