After 2 years of showing up, here’s what I finally understand about consistency. 🏋🏾‍♀️

1️⃣ Show up even when you don’t feel like it.
I learned that motivation isn’t always going to be there(and that’s okay). Some days, showing up meant doing a shorter workout, going for a walk, or simply moving my body.
Showing up is the key! 🤌🏾

2️⃣ Make it sustainable.
Consistency doesn’t mean going all out every single day. In my case, I wanted to move my body at least 3 times a week so I had to find a routine that actually works with my schedule.
📌It’s about creating something I can maintain, not something I’ll quit after a few weeks.

3️⃣ Don’t postpone your workout.
The more I tell myself, “I’ll do it later,” the easier it becomes to skip it completely.
The same way you built the routine to get it done it will become a habit to stop doing it!

4️⃣ It’s not just about the body
Consistency taught me discipline and the importance of keeping promises to myself.

📌 Consistency isn’t about being perfect. It’s about continuing to show up for yourself. Don't get me wrong, I’m still learning to practice that in other areas of my life too.

Please don't ask me whose idea this was. 🤣 But let me tell y'all... we had a time in the mountains last Saturday! 🏔️🥵

Almost 4 hours of hiking, rocky trails, and enough sweat to last a week. 😂 But the laughs, the views, and making it to the top made every step worth it. Thank you guys! 😅💚
