One week of Death Becomes Her 🔮✨

A week of new material, new faces, new challenges, lots of learning, and plenty to celebrate. Grateful for the lessons, the laughter, the little victories, and the reminder that every new beginning comes with room to grow.

I’m so grateful for this team and for the incredible creatives, casting, and artists who are pouring so much into this process. It’s a privilege to be in the room, to learn, to create, and to be surrounded by so many talented people. ✨

Thank you @lowe.cunningham @goldbergmarcia @thetrccompany @kevmetz @cgattelli @samgrew1 @markmyars @backtotheslayer and Lou Castro💜

SPECIAL THANK YOU to @marymitchellc for seeing in me what I couldn’t even see myself 🫂🫶🏾

One week down. Many more to go. 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

As we continue celebrating Juneteenth and honoring the rich legacy of Black artistry, culture, and excellence, the Black Artists Dance Collective is proud to welcome Broadway performer and choreographer Takia “Tiki” Hopson, founding TBADC member as a featured teaching artist for our upcoming Collective Saturday Series.

Fresh off closing the acclaimed Broadway production Hell’s Kitchen as a member of the Original Broadway Cast, Tiki brings a wealth of professional experience spanning concert dance, musical theater, television, film, opera, and commercial performance. Her impressive career includes collaborations with renowned choreographers, professional dance companies, and artists such as Alicia Keys, Jay-Z, Ne-Yo, Jack Harlow, Tank, and many others.

A graduate of Southern Methodist University with degrees in Journalism and Dance Performance, Tiki is passionate about sharing her knowledge and inspiring the next generation of artists through education, mentorship, and movement.

Join us for an unforgettable day of training, community, and celebration as we honor the spirit of Juneteenth through dance, learning, and connection. Tiki brings her experience through teaching a Hells Kitchen Broadway Masterclass!

The Collective Saturday Series is open to the public!

We can’t wait to dance with you! ✨
