LAUNDRY ROOM 🧺

Even the hardest-working rooms in your home deserve thoughtful design. If laundry is on the to-do list, the space should at least make you smile.

I selected this dusty teal finish to bring personality and playfulness into a home filled with soft neutrals. To bring the vision full circle, I paired it with a timeless sandy penny tile from @tileenvyinc and @valiantsurfaces Mumtaz Mahal quartz countertops, a fan favorite for good reason.

The finishing touches include @topknobs brass Brookline pulls and knobs, along with a @hafeleamerica vegan leather wrapped hanging rod for just a sprinkle of glam.

This laundry room is proof that functional spaces can be beautiful too.

POWDER BATH

This little space layers texture and warmth.

Pictured on the walls and underfoot is an Ann Sacks splash + floor tile, a line exclusive to us in North Florida.

Anchoring the space is a beautifully tailored James Martin vanity paired with polished Creamy Mystery White countertops. The soft neutrals + mixed materials give the room the perfect touch of drama for guests.

PRIMARY BATH SHOWER

Richly veined porcelain wraps the walls in this primary bath shower, while a warm herringbone floor introduces subtle movement and softness underfoot. The bench top and niche shelves were fabricated from the same slab of Mystery White marble as the vanity top, creating a refined sense of continuity throughout the space.
