POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

There were days I had to be my own encouragement. Days when the music meant everything to me, but I couldn’t see how far it would take me. I kept showing up because giving up would mean walking away from a part of myself.

“Dem Nuh Ready” comes from that place.

It’s about keeping your word to yourself when nobody’s checking. Doing the work when nobody’s clapping. Moving with an honor code: respect the elders, protect the youth, remember who helped you, and never let ambition make you forget your principles.

Self-determination means owning your next move—even when you didn’t choose the struggle that brought you here.

Sharing this record with @therealsizzlakalonji means a great deal to me. His music has long carried conviction, and bringing my own voice and journey to this collaboration is something I hold with gratitude.

To everyone who played a song, shared a post, sent encouragement, or stayed listening: you helped me keep going. I want you to feel yourselves in this record. Especially those quietly rebuilding, raising a family, working long hours, and still making room for a dream.

Dem nuh ready fi what patience, discipline and faith can build. And we still a build. ❤️💛💚
