We’re at ADE all week. The label keeps running anyway.

Labelflow handles your label operations in the background, so you can be out here.

Code ADE2026: 30% off your first 6 paid months. New workspaces, until 30 Nov.

Comment ‘ADE’ and I’ll send you the link.

I signed a record last spring in about ninety seconds. The release took four months.

Not four months on the music. Four months of chasing a master, resizing artwork, checking metadata, following up on a follow-up I'd already forgotten twice.

The romantic version of running a label is taste. The actual version is follow-through. And I think that distinction decides what music software should actually be built for.

Running a record label isn’t hard. That’s exactly the problem.

Most days the work isn’t talent, it’s coordination: remembering the right thing, in the right order, at the right time. So I started building software for my own label, and writing about what it’s teaching me about AI and the future of music.

New series. Comment ‚why‘ and I’ll send you the full post. by @till.antonio

Not a smartlink. Not a distributor. Not a CRM.

Labelflow is the release-ops layer underneath all of those: the part your label has been running in a Notion doc and seventeen spreadsheet tabs since 2019.

Back catalog import, release workflow, communications, A&R inbox, promotion, distributor playbook, release analytics, marquee. Built and used at @deep.tales.ofc, every week.

Comment ‚layer‘ for the invitation.
