My second amendment at making scones. This time cheese and chive. They still didn’t rise a lot but I feel there’s improvement from the last batch I made and for a sweet treat banana cake with a delicious caramelised cinnamon sugar glaze. 👩🏻‍🍳🍌🧀 by @tilly_watson92

Baking fail …
I will make a perfect scone one day. As for now I have an idea of what my mistakes are such as the butter melting to quickly and over working the dough. Even though they didn’t rise with blackcurrant jam they were still tasty.

A delicious larger version of an angel cake. The small shop brought ones that fit in the lunch box are fine but I much prefer a proper slice. 😇🍰👩🏻‍🍳 #cutmearealpiece #angelcake #hobbybaker #cakelover by @tilly_watson92
