Forever family 💙 by @tillycoaches
18 years at PGC 💙 There aren’t words strong enough to explain how much it hurts to say goodbye to a place that built me, broke me, healed me, and put me back together again. Pinewood has been my constant for most of my life. I grew up here. I found myself here. I fell apart here and I was rebuilt here. This video (next post) holds only tiny glimpses of the forever memories made inside those walls, lifetimes lived in one gym. Moments of laughter, chaos, growth, resilience, and connection that I will carry with me forever. To the kids: you are rare. Truly. I’ve worked with children since I was 14, and I have never met individuals like you. You may think I shaped you as a coach, but the truth is you shaped me just as much. You challenged me, grounded me, lifted me, and made me better, both professionally and personally. You gave meaning to the long days, the hard moments, and the sacrifices. This place became my family because of you, and I will carry your impact with me wherever I go. You are unforgettable. The journey continues in a new place, taking me to @liverpooltga Moving forward with gratitude for everything Pinewood has given me and excitement for what lies ahead, knowing these memories and lessons will always come with me. Josh, there is no version of me without you. You’ve been my partner, my teammate, my mentor, and my safest place. Everything I am as a coach carries your influence. You believed in me before I believed in myself and stood beside me through every high and every challenge. I am endlessly proud of you and forever grateful for you 🔐 Pinewood, thank you for raising me. It’s been real 🤍 by @tillycoaches
Check out Kerens’ Final 1 routine and her Final 2 routine, that second one will be a moment forever etched in our memories 4EVER‼️ by @tillycoaches
🌍🇪🇸 WORLD AGE CHAMPIONSHIPS 🇪🇸🌍 KEREN TRAINER ❤️‍🔥 🥉 JUNIOR WORLD BRONZE MEDALIST 🥉 We’ve been struggling to find the right words for this one, but here it goes… The goal for this competition was simple: gain international experience, compete a new skill, and above all go out there and have the time of your life. You didn’t just meet those expectations… you absolutely shattered them. From qualifications to semi-finals, finals, and the super final, you shook up the entire world stage. With every round you grew stronger, sharper, and more confident. You showed the judges;and everyone watching exactly who you are and why you earned that world spot. Your composure, resilience, and dedication carried you all the way to that JUNIOR WORLD BRONZE. 🥉 This year alone you’ve shared podiums with European champions and now the top two athletes in the world. Watching you stand there and collect what you so rightfully earned was a moment of pure pride. This medal is just a small reminder of what you’re truly capable of and the incredible heights you can reach in this crazy sport. A huge shoutout to the amazing @a_tumbling_rose . You faced heartbreak on that floor, yet you pushed through with grace and stood beside Keren with unwavering support. That strength is rare, and it will carry you so far in tumbling. Be proud of the beautiful gymnastics you produced this week you absolutely slayed, my girl. And congratulations to the new Junior World Champion, the incredible Alexsa Kachan. You are a force to be reckoned with and already a true pioneer of the sport! Keren, we are so proud of you. Congratulations on such a successful first World Championships. 💫🥉✨ And a heartfelt thank you to everyone who has supported this journey, especially the national coaches who guided, listened, encouraged, and believed throughout the week of competition: @dan_coaches @chrission @kathpeberdy & @kristofwillerton by @tillycoaches
🌍🇪🇸 WORLD AGE CHAMPIONSHIPS 🇪🇸🌍 EMILY SEAMAN❤️‍🔥 🥈 WORLD AGE SILVER MEDALIST 🥈 Miss Emily Seaman fought with every ounce of strength she had, and in doing so earned herself a World Age silver medal, a medal that represents far more than a result. It represents courage, belief, heartbreak, resilience, and a spirit that simply refused to give up. Six weeks ago, we were told Emily might not even step onto the floor after the injury she suffered at the British Championships. One week back on the track before flying to Spain; that was all she had. We explored every possibility of simplifying her routines to protect her… but Emily’s heart would not allow it. She chose the hard road. She chose to trust her training, her bravery, and her dream. She chose to fight. And fight she did. This entire year, Emily has shown a level of determination and grit that is rare. She has climbed through season after season of upgrades, setbacks, frustrations, and mental battles that would have shaken even the strongest of athletes… but not her. She kept going. Emily, words will never be enough to express how proud we are of you. Not just for your medal, but for the young woman you are becoming. Strong, brave, humble, and endlessly inspiring. You give everything in every session. You lift the people around you. You care deeply, you try fearlessly, and you shine in every way an athlete can shine. This is only the beginning of your tumbling journey, but what a beginning it is. Congratulations to @hollieg_tumbles on an incredible gold medal, pushing boundaries and showing extraordinary talent at just 12 years old. What a remarkable achievement for you and your team at Milton Keynes. And a heartfelt thank you to everyone who has supported this journey, especially the national coaches who guided, listened, encouraged, and believed throughout the week of competition: Dan, Kath, Chris and Kristof. Here’s to a lifetime of tumbling success, the world is YOURS. by @tillycoaches
🌍🇪🇸 WORLD AGE CHAMPIONSHIPS 🇪🇸🌍 ERIN ALLEYNE❤️‍🔥 From the little girl who fell in love with gymnastics to standing on the world stage… Erin, you made every second of this journey worth it. Your very first international competition. Your very first World Age Championships. And you finished 7th in the world. But the result is only one part of it; your resilience, your joy, your bravery, and the way you carry yourself make us prouder than any placement ever could. We’re beyond proud of you, Erin. The world got to see what we’ve always known: you’re something special. She dreamed it. She trained it. She lived it. Here’s to the beginning of something extraordinary. 🤍🌍💫 by @tillycoaches
