If I would describe my season in 1 picture...

Almost no races because of an Achilles injury. Tried to fix my shape before my big goal - the europeans but the time was too short.. 🙃

Never struggled this hard before, but in the end, we learn from it and we’re going to be stronger than ever before!

Now its time to prepare for the x-country and road season ! (Yes im pain free now)
See you there 🫡

Not every race ends the way you want to.

For weeks I thought I was dealing with an ankle issue. After having to step off the track in Turku, I finally got some answers. It turns out the problem isn't my ankle, but my Achilles tendon.

Not the news I was hoping for, but at least now I know what I'm up against. It's definitely not the end of the season. I'm built for the comebacks 🤷🏼‍♂️

5k road debut @urbantrail_ag2rlamondiale Lille - 13'48 ✌️

Happy with the results after just starting to build up again!
Next time I need to show more bravery in these road races.. (so I dont have to run solo - learning process 🫠)
But most importantly the fun was there and the base work is going to switch into some specific work soon -> consistency 😁.
