#Belgium you were taking the piss today. Attempted not one but two castles today. The first was well hidden, on arrival we were told it was shutting. (Open on the website) On to castle 2 also shut (hours on the door said it should be open). Still a nice wander round the gardens and then to the fake Roman waterfall (built circa 1500). Dog enjoyed another swim at least.... by @tim4218

A day out sightseeing. Temperature down to a more manageable 25 degrees but still need frequent breaks for #nessathehuntaway who has now learned to swim!

What a weekend! Went into this race with limited expectations. Have made the AG podium in the last couple of years but did not expect to perform today as I've been struggling with a niggle that's curtailed my running since April.
So, to go and get 3rd OVERALL was a huge shock! I'm so pleased! Knew my swim was in good nic and hoped the bike would be there post Roubaix. The run hurt but I held on!
Great to race with @hughes_lyd and see her take the win!
