We’ve put a lot into this. The hours, the adjustments, and the commitment to getting better every day.

Just because the work hasn’t paid off yet doesn’t mean it won’t.

Two tough races, two results that didn’t reflect the effort behind the scenes. But we’re learning, adapting, and staying patient with the process.

The goal remains the same. And so does our belief in what we’re building.

It’s not a question of if. It’s a question of when.

Soon back at the top. by @tim_wenisch

We suffer, we fight, we rise together. One team. 🇩🇪👊🏽

Always special to race in Hamburg. Thank you all for the incredible support! by @tim_wenisch

Great day in Hamburg with @niketraining
Now fully focused on the Major this weekend. by @tim_wenisch

Mind leads. Body follows.

The limits you set in your mind become the limits you live by.

It’s not just about strength or speed. It’s about how far you’re willing to push when things get tough.

Break the limits in your mind, and your body will follow.

Trust the process. Show up every day. And let the results talk. This is Tim Wenisch.

The former track athlete and 3x HYROX World Champion built his reputation through consistency and a commitment to doing the work when nobody’s watching.

The place where he ran his first HYROX race is now the place where he joins the Nike Elite Training Division.

Welcome to the squad, @tim_wenisch. by @tim_wenisch

It’s never just about the finish line. It’s everything it takes to get there.

Another season to push limits, raise the standard and the same hunger to keep getting better.

The journey continues. Hamburg, we’re coming for you 🤝 by @tim_wenisch

MONDAY.

Time to get back to work and turn dreams into reality.

Focus on the process and learn to enjoy the journey even more than the outcome itself.

Because in the end, the result is just the reward for all the hard work, dedication, and passion you put in along the way.

Enjoy the process. Trust the journey. by @tim_wenisch

The season has officially started.

Another chapter with @myprotein

After all these years, I’m proud to continue this journey with a team that’s been by my side through the biggest setbacks and the biggest wins.

After such a long time together, it doesn’t really feel like a partnership anymore, it feels like being part of a family.

To dream big and achieve great things, you need the right people by your side, people who believe in your goals and help you turn those dreams into reality.

We’ve already achieved a lot together, but we’re far from done.

More races. Bigger goals. More wins. More records.

Dream Big. by @tim_wenisch

Season starts.

First Double Race. 105 points. Job done.
