Normalize celebrating your teammates’ strikes like they’re your own! 🔥🎳

The cheers, high-fives, and excitement build confidence, connection, and a team that has each other’s backs. 💙

Our Belleview Rattlers brought that energy to MAC and became CHAMPIONS! 🏆🐍

Let’s bring this energy to bowling everywhere!

👇 Are YOU the loud teammate or the quiet one? 😂

I really wasn’t expecting this. 🥹💙

Yesterday, the boys and their parents surprised me at the bowling alley with cake and a celebration together.

We just won the MAC Championship, and I thought that was already going to be one of my favorite memories from this season.

Then they went and made another one. 🥹

The trophies are amazing, but the people you get to share these moments with? That’s what makes it all worth it.

To these boys and their families, thank you. Seriously. 💙🐍

What’s something a coach did that you’ll never forget? 🎳

THIS is what all those hours on the lanes were for. 🏆

Last night, our Belleview Rattlers became MAC CHAMPIONS! 🐍

The practices. The teamwork. The growth. And finally, THIS celebration.

Watching these boys accomplish something they’ve worked so hard for is one of the best feelings in coaching.

They earned every second of this moment. 🏆

Share this with someone who loves high school sports, and help us celebrate these boys!

You can only keep ONE bowling ball. 👀

No spare ball exception.
No “depends on the pattern.”
No picking two. 😂

And I don’t necessarily mean your “best” ball.

Which ball would actually hurt the most to lose?

The confidence ball.
The sentimental one.
The old reliable.
The ball responsible for THAT game or series.

👇 Name the ONE you’re saving + why.

I’m expecting some very passionate answers. 😂

There is no ONE “correct” way to bowl. 👀

I’m a one hander.
He’s a two hander.

And I’m not coaching him to bowl like me.

Bowling isn’t one size fits all.

Fundamentals and biomechanics matter. But different bodies, strengths and styles mean the solution isn’t going to look identical for everyone.

I’m not trying to create copies of myself.

I’m trying to help each bowler make THEIR game work better for THEM.

Sometimes the bowler needs to adapt.
Sometimes the coach needs to adapt.

👇 What’s one bowling “rule” you were taught that you eventually stopped believing?

Sometimes improving your bowling starts with figuring out what actually needs the work. 👀

Not buying another ball.
Not changing five things at once.
Not blaming every bad game on the lanes. 😂

If you had to pick ONE thing that’s keeping your average from going up right now, what is it?

👇 Spares, accuracy, consistency, adjustments, mental game or something else?

A strike doesn’t automatically mean you found the right ball reaction and a bad shot doesn’t automatically mean the ball is wrong for you. 👀

When I’m testing a new bowling ball, I’m trying to learn where it reads the lane, how it responds to friction, what shape it gives me, and what it does through the pins.

But none of that means much if I don’t separate my execution from the ball’s reaction.

👇 What’s the FIRST thing you look for when throwing a new bowling ball?

💾 Save this for the next time you’re testing new equipment.

You get to build your PERFECT bowling ball… but you only get ONE. 👀🎳

Tell me 3 things:

🎳 Solid, hybrid or pearl?
🎳 Smooth or angular?
🎳 What colors are we making it?

And for the bowling nerds who want bonus points… symmetrical or asymmetrical? 😂

There are no wrong answers. I just want to see what everybody creates.

👇 Build yours in the comments.
