@jeffyttaco …I swiped a meal from the man, the myth….the legend himself lol! Firecracker shrimp over spicy Alfredo and spicey pasta along with a side of Brazilian cheesy bread. Uphilled a 32” SYP that was growing beside a cross cut stump at the head of a holler. The tree I cut was probably a sappling when the cross cut logger was in here probably 100 years ago by @timberbeast_711

A lot of times the most simple meals are overlooked, thought of as “struggle meals”…I’m out of town logging and this right here is a heck of a protein and carb meal…and it’s great!! Grilled pork tenderloin, Butter beans and white bread with butter…simple and perfect 👌 by @timberbeast_711

In all honesty…despite the hard work, hot Summers, cold Winters, the danger, the snakes and ticks…I love the life I have lead in this career. 31 1/2 years out here is no joke. I’ll run it as long as I am able, it becomes your life, your every dedication. by @timberbeast_711
