Solo Hiking across New Zealand’s South Island 🏝️

33 Days
950 km walked
31 hitch hikes caught

I’m someone who is almost never alone, so hiking solo was very new for me and gave me so much room for growth. I had so much support from friends and family so I could make it happen, I met so many cool people along the way, and now I’m overdosing on social time with Zoe hehe 🫶

In Lucky heaven lakes are always frozen, snowmobiles are easy to catch and slay, peanut butter is for breakfast lunch and dinner, and doorbells are illegal. Thank you for being my best friend for half my life Luckydog, rest easy knowing you were so so loved 🍀 ♥️ by @timea.galpin
