Had some really great conversations with @teyste who actually is a loan officer at a bank and I’m so happy we connected girl 🙌🏾
I wanted to make everyone meet her but I didn’t wanna be pushy so if ya’ll are looking for a mortgage loan officer hit up my girl 🔑

But beyond that it’s so much fun explaining to people all the different ways to buy a house WITHOUT using a bank 🏦 or realtors in that case. My favorite thing to say is “You know ppl have been buying and selling home/land since the beginning of time…. before banks & realtors were a thing” 🤔 🫶🏾🤓

This media room has definitely been a labor of love as it’s mixed all our favorite things into one project! When asked to lead the construction project management for the church’s media room I blindly agreed thinking it would be much easier than flipping a house, though I had no experience with either 🤷‍♀️😂 I’ll always remember a quote from our @homeschooledbytarek coach… “it’s not easy but it’s simple… just follow the construction checklist” 🔥 This project has not been easy but not “hard” either but the amount of growth incurred makes it double worth it ⭐️ Very excited to share the final project ❤️🔥
