I just had my last performance as a class assistant for the social dance program here at UT. I am extremely grateful for every single thing I have learned, and for what doors this will open for me in the future. I have grown as an artist, and a teacher, and possibly even as a member of the science community, because of this program.

please look at the flowers my dance partner arranged for me, they are so pretty
Real talk, I haven’t gotten a bouquet like this since my last show in 2021, so even though I usually don’t like flowers, these mean so freakin much to me. Should anyone want to see the performance, it’s currently linked in my bio or available on YouTube. I’m the one in the red dress :) by @timelady66

Yet again, I ate food this spring break. But most importantly, dessert. I HIGHLY recommend checking out @violettebakehouse , @thecavalieratx , and @85cbakerycafe Good stuff by @timelady66

We had a small snowfall this morning (or possibly last night), so I built a SNOWMAN with some apartment neighbors. His name is Mario. Ironically, my first snowman built in two years was not in Colorado, but Austin, TX by @timelady66

I don’t have many photos of the past year because Apple doesn’t like it when I have too many photos. Turned 21 and bought alcohol only a handful of times, most of which were at Bass Concert Hall @hookemarts. My dad was also the first person to card me lol. Early in the semester, I walked to a Greek festival and the path took me by the state capital building, which has a lot of statues. And my dog started sleeping weirder than usual (see last photo). As for the first photo, this was a view I found on my way back to campus after helping out with a study at Dell Medical School, which I got paid for (shout out to paid research studies!). Happy new year! by @timelady66

In chronological order: last few days of summer, where I made a shark out of old jeans and made employee of the week, and first week of school, where I staged a nap, took naps, took second day of school pics, and the tower was orange for reasons not related to the first or last day of anyone’s college career. The raccoons also have class. Happy belated first last day of undergrad and all that. by @timelady66

What few photos I have of spring semester and summer. Video project made me delete a lot of stuff, which is why there’s so little from the spring. Bluebonnets and pink bonnets, cool profs, medical physics shadowing rotation where I got to learn hands-on about the Varian TrueBeam for cancer treatment. Fruita, CO’s Grrrrrrrreta dinosaur, and my first cocktail as a legal adult since I turned 21 back in May. And my dog. Oddly, no dance this time. by @timelady66

Spring break 2024. In order:
Had Voodoo Donuts for the first time, had a girls night (Sunday)
Free Starbucks drink (Monday)
Blacks Barbecue (Tuesday)
Saw a cat in the Franklin Barbecue Line (Thursday)
And ate pizza today (Sunday) for the first time in a while. I did try to study and get stuff done (which I did) (minus modern physics notes). I think I’m prepared for the next leg of this semester. by @timelady66
