ALOHA DID ROSELLA'S 🌴 We got the team together for one night, to raise funds for our good mate Tristan. Had an absolute blast and also raised some funds for Maverick. $4052 worth!! 😯🥳 How bloody good! A massive thank you to everyone that came along and ordered some of Aloha's finest tiki drinks and Gussy's food. Big love 🥰 taken in Burleigh Heads, Queensland by @timglasson

Doing it for Maverick 🍍
Our mate Tristan was recently diagnosed with Leukemia, so we’re doing the only thing we know how to do: throwing a massive party to support him.
The original Aloha crew is taking over Rosella’s this Monday, March 9th. Expect all the iconic drinks, Gussy’s jerk chicken, and a whole lot of 2017 nostalgia.
100% of the effort is for Tris. See you at the bar. 🍍🍹

If you can't make it, donate here

ALOHA! 🍍 We are bringing the band back together.
In 2026, we’re witnessing the comeback nobody asked for but everyone needs. Like the original Wiggles or a Daryl Braithwaite encore at a country wedding, the Aloha Bar & Dining crew is dusting off the Hawaiian shirts for one night only.
It’s been over 8 years. Some of us have squeky knees, some of us have less hair, but we’ve still got the shakes (the cocktail kind, mostly). We’re taking over Rosella’s to raise some serious dollarydoos for our mate Tristan, who’s currently in the ring with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia.
He’s doing the hard yards, so we’re doing the "hard" work of making sure you don’t go thirsty.
When: Monday, March 9th
Where: Rosella’s
Why: Because Tristan is a legend and we’re better at making Zombie's than we are at running marathons.
Come down, grab an Oil Change, some Jerk Chicken and help us kick cancer’s backside. 🍹 taken in Rosella's by @timglasson

So I’ve been pretty quiet on socials for a while now, enjoying the Dad life and working away on a couple of little projects. One of which I’m stoked to finally share - our lovely little Taqueria @labodegabrisbane 🌵🌮 Find us in East Brisbane - opening in a couple of weeks time. We’re really looking forward to welcoming you soon! ❤️ taken in East Brisbane, Queensland, Australia by @timglasson

6 years today since I opened Aloha 🌴🍍 thinking of all the legends who worked, drank and partied along side me for those crazy couple of years. Hard to believe I’ve been out now for as long as I was in there. What a ride 🌊 taken in Gold Coast, Queensland by @timglasson

Adieu, auf wiedersehen, adios ✌️

So today is my last day working with the inimitable @sweetandchillidrinks team 🍸

Thanks to all the amazing people I’ve worked with - bartenders/owners/reps/BAs who have made the last 2.5yrs an absolute blast. There have been too many highlights to count, too many great drinks and too many great people to go into now.

Next year marks 20 years since I first stepped foot behind a bar, and as much as I’ve loved the experience of seeing the ‘other side’ - there’s a definite feeling of coming home, back to the hospo life.

So From next week find me with the absolute powerhouse of Brisbane hospo - across @hellenika and @sk.steakandoyster

Keep in touch on @timglasson - @drinks_by_the_glass will still be active with drink I’m making/drinking/vibing , just no more #iwork4diageo posting 😂😂
