My heart is full. Friday was Kosi's Liberal Arts College of Public Policy's ceremony and Saturday (hottest day 🥵) was the commencement for all the graduates. I know his Lolo was smiling down and cheering along with us. We enjoyed meeting some of Kosi's community and I know these will be lasting friendships 🥹❣️Besides receiving an education, experiencing Life, meeting new people, learning new activities, and expanding interests while building friendships and a community is what college is all about. What an accomplishment and this is just the beginning. taken in Oregon State University by @timheezy

Amazing how time just flies and now you're 22 🥹 Happy BORN day @kosiwh ❣️❣️ You came into this world on your own time, and I was in labor for 2 days. I wanted a home birth but ended up going to the hospital and you arrived 2hrs later at 11:31am, a healthy 8lbs 3oz. A hummingbird was in the window the entire time which was amazing. How are you 22?? Seems like it was just yesterday that I couldn't be your mom and was your sister 🤣 We're so proud of you. You'll be graduating college in less than 2 weeks! Keep the trajectory going, take on the challenges, do the scary things, and say what you want because you never know who's listening and can point you in the right direction. Love you❤️ by @timheezy

#TeamBayAreaBehindTheSoil Where We Highlight The Stars Behind The Scenes @timheezy Real Bay Area Staple !! Born in Oakland, House spent his childhood and twenties in Los Angeles, making regular trips to the Bay to visit extended family. While in L.A., he was involved in the rap scene of the Nineties, making music as part of the hip-hop collective Sick Block, mixing records, and working A&R for groups such as Ruthless Records’ Above the Law. In 2000, House left L.A., packing his experience and connections to Oakland, which he described as having “a very strong underground hip-hop movement.” Once here, he focused on artist and tour management for a growing web of musicians, many of whom were his neighbors in Oakland’s Adams Point neighborhood. He rattled off names: Andre Nickatina, Blackalicious, Souls of Mischief, Zion I, HBK Gang and so on More than just a creative, Tim is also a connector — someone who brings people together through pop-ups, gallery shows, brand activations, and grassroots initiatives that center community. Whether he’s behind the camera, designing merch, or organizing an event, Tim House represents the next wave of Bay Area energy: innovative, unapologetic, and deeply rooted in cultural legacy.
