What an incredible night at our first day back to term at MDL disability tennis sessions 🎾

New players, New volunteers and a young lady in a wheelchair for the very first time! Her story is quite something and we are so glad she found us. This is why we do what we do on top of everything else!

Huge thanks goes to the @timhenmanfdn for funding these invaluable sessions! 💪

♿ Creating independence through the right support. 💙

We’re delighted to have funded a new, custom-built everyday wheelchair for @MarcusPerrineauDaley, working alongside @beyondmobility.

After a serious motorbike accident in 2014, Marcus went on to become a personal trainer and represent Great Britain, winning an incredible T52 100m silver medal at the Paris 2024 Paralympic Games. 🥈🇬🇧

Marcus’s new wheelchair has been specially designed around his everyday needs, with bespoke CAD modifications accommodating his long legs without adding unnecessary weight.

It’s a great example of how targeted support can remove barriers, increase independence and help people continue pursuing their ambitions.

We’re proud to have played a part in making it happen. 💙

Every donation helps fund our work supporting young people to build confidence, develop skills and reach their potential. 💙

A huge thank you to Eve and Ellis for welcoming The Tim Henman Foundation and helping us turn a love of tennis into something much bigger. 🎾💙

As Tim explains, there’s something very special about playing on grass, and the court at Skibo provided a memorable setting to bring people together for a purpose.

Because ultimately, it’s not about where we play. It’s why we play.

Every player who took part and every donation made helped raise vital funds for THF’s sport and education programmes, creating opportunities for disadvantaged children and young people who might otherwise miss out.

Every THF fundraising event has one goal: to create more opportunities for disadvantaged children and young people through sport and education.

The funds raised help us break down financial and access barriers, supporting young people with SEND and those from low-income backgrounds to take part, build confidence and fulfil their potential.

💙 A £56,000 grant creating more opportunities for children with SEND.

A huge thank you to @freemasonscharity for awarding The Tim Henman Foundation a £56,000 grant to support our Inclusive Activity Programme in Croydon.

This funding will enable us to deliver weekly inclusive sports sessions for more than 100 children and young people with profound needs, in partnership with @mdlcoaching.

Support like this helps us break down barriers and ensure more young people can experience the physical, social and emotional benefits of sport.

🎾 What an incredible Wimbledon experience for @leocharlesworthmark1 💙

From stepping onto Centre Court ahead of the men's wheelchair singles final to meeting The Princess of Wales, it was a day packed with unforgettable moments.

We're proud to support Leo's journey this year with his training, and it's been fantastic to watch his progress both on and off the court. Experiences like this inspire the next generation to dream bigger and believe what's possible.

Earlier this month, we had the privilege of hosting an exclusive tennis experience in proud partnership with the @timhenmanfdn.

Set against the lawn in front of Skibo Castle - one of The Carnegie Club's most beloved settings - the occasion offered a charming reimagining of tennis in Andrew Carnegie’s era.

Members gathered for a celebration of sport and philanthropy: professional clinics led by some of the finest minds in the game, followed by an eagerly anticipated exhibition match on our very own Centre Court between some of the world's greatest former professionals, champagne in hand, strawberries and cream in reach.

All proceeds will further the Tim Henman Foundation’s mission: fostering opportunities that inspire and empower disadvantaged children and young people through sport and education.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for such a memorable occasion.

🎾 Tennis events creating life-changing opportunities. 💙

From Campden Hill Lawn Tennis Club and The Hurlingham Club to the stunning surroundings of Skibo Castle, it's been a fantastic summer of fundraising for The Tim Henman Foundation.

Together, these events raised over £80,000 to support our sport and education programmes for disadvantaged children and young people, helping remove barriers and create opportunities to thrive.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who played, donated, volunteered and helped organise these special events, especially our incredible hosts, supporters and volunteer teams. We couldn't do it without you.
