I’ve always loved how certain songs bring out a completely different side of you, and dancing to Nee Partha Parvai was one of those moments for me. There was something so personal about the way this choreography came together — every movement, every pause, every emotion felt special.

I came into this workshop simply wanting to dance, but left with a beautiful memory that I’ll genuinely cherish. ❤️

Thank you, @salsaamaniflows , for creating choreography that makes us feel the song rather than just dance to it. Your way of bringing emotion into movement is something I truly enjoy.

And @vardha_master — thank you for being such a wonderful partner on this one. The comfort, the connection and the way we just got into the flow made this experience even more special.

Taking this one with me. ❤️🧿#dance #dancereels #emotions #choreography by @timmy_arora18

There’s something dangerously beautiful about a woman who knows how to enjoy her own company. ✨ Walking when she feels like it, running when the moment takes over, letting the wind play with her hair and the sunlight find her skin. No destination. No performance. Just that quiet confidence of knowing she doesn’t need to chase anything to feel alive. 🌿 I’ve always loved a little drama, a little madness and a lot of freedom. Maybe that’s the beauty of life — sometimes you stop searching for the perfect moment and simply become it. Wild heart. Soft soul. Untamed energy. And completely, unapologetically me. 🤍

Owning your sensuality for yourself, not the male gaze, is pure liberation.
There is an unmatched sense of liberation when a woman learns to dance entirely for herself.
For too long, society taught us to view our own sensuality through the lens of external approval or the male gaze. But today’s workshop reminded me of the truth: when we move, we aren’t inviting validation; we are celebrating our own bodies, our own power, and our own fire. We enjoy feeling attractive, confident, and magnetic strictly because it feels good to us. It’s a sacred, internal joy. Here’s to moving unapologetically, owning our rhythm, and dancing solely to feel alive.#salsamani #trendingreels #dance #women #reelitfeelit by @timmy_arora18

A Rajini movie universe landed right in our living room! 😂🔥

Heroines, villains, style icons and legendary characters — the girls brought the glamour, the boys brought the attitude, and together we made one crazy Rajini blockbuster! 🤣

🎡 Spin the Rajini wheel! Who did you get? And be honest… whose character stole the show?

No auditions, no retakes, just full-on Thalaivar madness! 😎❤️#rajinikanth #thailavar #houseparty #party #costumeparty by @timmy_arora18

Bollywood with a little Bachata magic! ❤️‍🔥✨ Had such a lovely time at @gauravandyana ‘s workshop, dancing with @travelwithkiren . There’s something special about blending two styles and discovering a different vibe in familiar music. Always grateful for these moments, the learning, the music, and the joy of simply dancing. 💃🏻❤️#bachatabollywood #bachata #dance #chennai by @timmy_arora18

A little Kadhal Sadugudu, a beautiful Pondicherry backdrop, and dancing with @travelwithkiren ! ❤️ Some songs just deserve to be danced to. A little practice, lots of fun, and another lovely memory added to the dance diary. 💃

I don’t know exactly what the next chapter of my life looks like, but I know one thing — I want to live it fully. I want to collect experiences, chase sunsets, try things that scare me a little, get my hands dirty, go on random adventures, and make memories that remind me I’m truly living. ❤️

I’m learning that life doesn’t always have to be about figuring everything out or having a perfect plan. Sometimes, it’s about showing up for yourself, choosing courage over comfort, and finding happiness in the little things.

This is me, growing, exploring, and becoming someone I’m proud of. And honestly, I’m excited to see where life takes me next. ✨#adventuretime #women #nextchapter #reelitfeelit by @timmy_arora18

Kannazhaga brought out a softer side of me today, and I loved how naturally the moments came together with @webster_varun27 . No expectations, no perfect steps to chase, just me, the music, and a feeling I wanted to hold on to a little longer. ✨thanks @salsaamaniflows and @musthaqeemparvanajawahar for yet another beautiful choreo

POV: You find a place that deserves a spot on your repeat list! 🤌🔥❤️

The food was absolutely amazing and definitely worth a try! Great flavours, lovely vibes, and even better company with my favourite people. Good food hits different when shared with friends, and this is definitely a place I’d be coming back to! 🍽️✨

A little sass, a little madness, and a whole lot of attitude! 🔥💃

Oo Solriya Mama was all about letting go, owning the vibe, and having fun with every beat. ❤️‍🔥

Thank you, @musthaqeemparvanajawahar , for this fire choreography, and @salsaamaniflows for making these experiences happen! Some songs just bring out a different side of us. 😉#dance #dancereels #oosolriyamama by @timmy_arora18

Four girls. One fiery song. And @musthaqeemparvanajawahar choreography bringing the whole vibe alive! 🔥❤️‍🔥

Oh Solriyaa might sound like an item song, but the way Mussu choreographed it, there was so much more to feel than just the beats. The attitude, the expressions, the energy — everything came together so beautifully! ❤️

The girls were a little sceptical at first, but by the end of the workshop, all four of us were smiling, vibing, and genuinely so happy with what we pulled off! 🫶🏻

A special thank you to @musthaqeemparvanajawahar for this amazing choreography and @salsaamaniflows for making this experience even more special! ❤️✨

Some workshops leave you with more than just a dance video — they leave you with memories, confidence, and the happiest heart. This was definitely one of them! 💃🔥#dance #oantavaooantava #dancereels #girls #reelitfeelit by @timmy_arora18

“ You’ll feel lonely when you’re by yourself.”

Meanwhile, me when I’m alone: eating like there’s no tomorrow, dancing like I’m performing at a sold-out concert, and having the time of my life with absolutely no audience. 😂💃🏻

Honestly, being alone doesn’t always mean being lonely. Sometimes, it means playing your favourite songs on repeat, eating whatever you crave, dancing without worrying about how you look, talking to yourself like you’re the main character, and enjoying your own company a little too much. 🤭

Who needs plans when you can be your own entertainment?

Alone? Yes. Bored? Never. Lonely? Not today, darling! 😂❤️#trendingreels #reelitfeelit #dance #trend by @timmy_arora18
