Solid day at Vasad, Hungary for round 7 of the @fim_flattrack Consistent performance all day, fastest in practice, top heat scorer and led every lap of the final until the last. Ended up second after I dropped my rear wheel in a rut and got hung out sideway, had a lunge on the last corner but ran too wide and he got back past me… fair play @ashtonboughen522 😅 @vrxducatiflattrack 1-2 though which is great for the team. Extended my championship lead once again which is the most important thing… three rounds to go! 🔨

“It’s great to get my second @acubritishflattrack title, and the first for Ducati. I went in wanting to win it but I was pushed hard all year. But we delivered, and the bike was faultless.”

@timneave54 and @vrxducatiflattrack score Ducati’s maiden off-road British National Championship Title!

Flat Track is the future!

Really tough track conditions for the British round of the World Flat Track Championship in Kings Lynn due to heavy rain.

I think everyone took a tumble at some point over the evening once the meeting finally got underway. Ultimately, the event had to be called after the heats, so no grand final.

However, @timneave54 on the @vrxducatiflattrack bike was still able to increase the lead in the overall standings. taken in Adrian Flux Arena by @timneave54

Slip and slide at King’s Lynn @fim_flattrack last Saturday, unfortunately a little too much slip in my last heat race and I hit the slop while trying to pass for the lead. Didn’t get to put things straight as the final was called off, but we extended our championship lead, and that’s what we came for.
Weekend before we raced in Germany at the fastest track on the calendar, 1000m Einchenring, and I finished 2nd by 0.1 of a second… one more lap!

I owe a big thanks to my awesome team @vrxducatiflattrack and I’m really excited for the last four races of the championship, and one more @acubritishflattrack this weekend to try tick that box.
