The view from London Bridge last night. HMS Belfast in the foreground. Scene of my 9th birthday treat. Remember it like it was (almost) yesterday!

Rolling it back to ATH10 in the Stade de France and a light show Gallic style to calm down after Josh Kerr watch and a pulsating M 1500m final where silver became gold and then suddenly silver again (and nearly bronze) in the home straight after a pulsating battle with Jakob Ingebrigtsen that opened the door and Cole Hocker didn't need a second invitation, like a bat out of US hell to spoil the GB party. Let's do all again at LA2028!.

Under the lights at a packed out Parliament Hill to watch Mizan Alen Adane become only the 12th women in history to go sub-30 minutes for a 10k. Unreal!

First trip to Huntingdon Races for some midweek jumps a hit. And a couple of winners into the bargain including the serene and lovely-looking Le Breuil. Huntingdon an eminently doable dash up the A1 - recommended!
