Since it’s #BlackHistoryMonth I want to take this time to shed some inspiration on any Black male or female aspiring to be a #BlackEntrepreneur

From picking up a pair of clippers💈at the age of 13 and cutting hair for the LOVE of art and making people look & feel good, then realizing the impact I had on every person’s life I touched; my dream, then vision, was to create a system and operation that could impact the masses, #TheWrightWay

After a decade+ of sacrifice, persistence, and faith, that vision is now a reality, and as a result, @twcbs is a model that has the blueprint to expand across the country. In just under 4 years, my exceptional team of Barbers, Stylists, Receptionists and Management at The Wright Cut has rendered nearly 30,000 services and has touched over 10,000 different people✂️. Located in the heart of Rutgers Campus, specifically the International Campus on Livingston, my team has impacted the the community of @rutgersu and clients that represents countries from all around the world.

I’m thankful for every individual who has crossed my path to help contribute to this special chapter of my story... And it’s still the beginning... First Black Owned Barbershop & Hair Salon establishment located directly on any major Universities campus in the Nation!

Remember this—a farmer who plants only a few seeds will get a small crop. But the one who plants generously will get a generous crop.

Today I had another opportunity to plant seeds in the future of Rutgers Football at their #LifeBeyondTheGame Program. My message was to inspire growth on and off the field, something I strive for each and everyday!! #MakeADifference #PlantSeeds #Faith #Family #Football #Business @rfootball @twcbs taken in Rutgers Stadium by @timwright81
