Over time, it really comes down to consistency, discipline, and effort. 10 years between these photos. A lot of lessons learned, challenges overcome, and experience gained along the way. Left: 95kg | Right: 81kg The biggest changes go well beyond the physical. It’s the knowledge, experience, and understanding I’ve gained about my body and how to get the most out of it. Even after 10 years, I’m still learning, making adjustments, and finding ways to train smarter, improve performance, and become more efficient. That same mindset carries over into my coaching and everything we’re building at The Gresso. Constantly refining our systems, improving our programs, and finding better ways to help our clients achieve results. The more I learn and develop, the more I can bring to the people who trust me with their goals. One thing I’ve learned is that there’s always room for improvement, no matter how long you’ve been doing it. Always progressing. Never finished 🐺 by @tin_beast
The work continues in the kitchen. I ask a lot from my body, so I put effort into how I fuel it. Training, work and long days all need energy. Eating well helps me keep showing up for all of it. Simple meals I enjoy, enough food to support my goals, and habits I can stick to. Something I can keep doing, week after week. Train hard. Eat well 🐺 by @tin_beast

Life is a gift, live it to the fullest 🖤🐺 by @tin_beast
93KG to 86KG in 12 weeks with the bro @coachhola🐺 We hear a lot of, “you can’t achieve this and that without eating meat, without eating carbs, and you gotta always have this and that in your eating regime”. Not at all... It comes down to the individual and how bad they want to achieve their goals, whilst taking the route they desire. Lino here aka “The myth buster” aka “The Tongan juggernaut” has taken 3 routes over a 12 week period. Vegan, Pescetarian and keto. Now that takes guts to do! For him to give up meat for 4 weeks and then consuming straight seafood for 4 weeks and then on too straight high fats and low carbs for 4 weeks, can be a roller coaster mentally and physically from the body adapting and then re adapting over and over again. I seriously don’t know how this man did it, but he done it! Despite the difficulties and challenges, Lino ONLY saw the good and the great out of every situation he was placed in. He visions and then he creates. That’s how this machine works. You put your mind to work and the body will follow, right here is a true example of his art and creativity. Everything from his thoughts to applying the actions needed, to produce what you see here. I am so blessed to have worked with this champion and happy that he had all the positive support and love around him to give him the extra push everyday. God bless you and your family bro 🫡 @thegresso by @tin_beast

105kg - 80.3kg @sparty1_7 🐺 - Im left with no words! I will never forget the first day Daniel came to me wanting to cut down while building muscle. Just by reading his message, i could see how hungry and motivated this guy was. I knew from that first email. That if i was to put this guy on a plan. He will follow it 100% without fail. Its been 9 weeks working with daniel and im blessed to have formed a close friendship with this humble guy. Thats why its called teamwork. Once a team always a team. by @tin_beast
