14 years of training together… and apparently she still catches me creepin’. 😂👀

But in all seriousness, fitness has been such a huge part of our relationship from the beginning.

For 14 years, Tina and I have trained together, pushed each other, supported each other and continued working toward becoming better versions of ourselves.

As we get older, the goals may evolve, but the commitment doesn’t change.

Training keeps us healthy. It keeps our minds right. It gives us something we genuinely enjoy doing together, and it reminds us that getting older doesn’t mean you stop trying to improve.

One of the things I appreciate most about Tina is having a partner who understands that mindset. She’s driven, disciplined and committed to her goals, and she expects the same from me.

There’s something pretty special about having your best friend, your wife and your training partner all be the same person. ❤️

Here’s to continuing to push each other, support each other and get better together for many more years.

Find someone who supports your goals — and then go chase them together. 💪❤️
