So, for a fun update, I recently leveled up to the Key position within the Local IATSE 705 union. 🎉🎉

I have a big personality, I laugh loudly and often, I’m stubborn, a prude, I love big, I suffer from RBF, I’m highly sensitive, I’m a yapper, always tired, a hopeless romantic, faithful christian, painfully introverted, socially awkward, collector of granny sweaters and granny hobbies, perpetually single, a nomad, and a I’m a medicated anxiety girlie who is best friends with her cat. So I’m basically your average weirdo, but life is too short to be cool, so I’m just gonna do whatever this is. ☺️

Since I’ve been nannying I’ve been dressing down quite a bit. I mostly wear athlesure and oversized shirts, but every now and again I wear something semi cute and hope I don’t stain it 😝 But, one of my kids told me my pink horse overalls and pink shirt was ugly and she wanted me to leave so maybe I’ll stick with yoga shorts😂🫠 by @tinagotabbs

Another upcycled thrift find. ✨
I loved the lightweight fabric and the details at the back, but it just was lacking spark. I added some color to give it a pop and opened up one of the side seams for more movement. Turns out I didn’t need to remove the original color, but it was fun to try that process anyways 🥰 by @tinagotabbs

Okay, but I’m gonna be so for real right now, 9 years in California is actually so crazy. I meet my 9 year mark this week and I always thought it would be so cool to say I’ve lived somewhere for 10 years. It’s been a rollercoaster trying to make dreams come true here. I came, I saw, I conquered. I’m tired 😹 But a beautiful and bitter sweet experience it has been.

I’m really too soft for this life 🫣😅

I was browsing in Crossroads while I waited to sell some of my clothes a few weeks ago, when I came across this lightweight linen mini dress.
It was so comfortable and perfect for summer but i thought it was boring. So I decided to turn it into my next craft project. 🥰
