🎂🥳Four decades ago, on 7/7, I got to meet this extraordinary human for the first time outside my body. I had known his sweet, energetic, playful, inquisitive essence from the moment he was conceived. From the first ultrasound, when the tech thought they had him and then he scooted off before they could show me. Oops...there he goes. Here he is...nope...he’s gone again. He’s never stopped moving, and nothing has ever held Roberto down. He’s always marched to his own beat and followed his own style, from the first moment he incarnated. One of the greatest delights of my life has been to watch @rcastagno grow and evolve and create a life of his own making...filled with love and community and giving back...along with creativity and spirit and connection. Always there for the ones he loves. I love and adore and admire him with every cell in my body. And I wish that his fifth decade on this planet brings him great joy and wonder, abundance and good health, and even more love and connection. And may every wish he ever had for himself come true and then some. I love you with all my heart my beautiful son. Thank you for being born and thank you for choosing me to be your mom. 🙏🏼💝🎂🥳🎉🎁🎈🎊 by @tinalcameron

Thank you @thalooch and @rcastagno for making me a mom and teaching me what love is. I love you with ALL my heart Luchino and Roberto…you are my heart 🙏🏼❤️😘 by @tinalcameron

🙏🏼❤️‍🩹😻Her name was Lexi and she was just pure love in a gorgeous tiny cat body. She healed my heart on a daily basis and I will miss her more than words can describe. She was as close as you can get to a dog in a kitty body. Greeted me at the door. Wanted to know and love on anyone who visited whether they be a friend or a visiting plumber. She would drop toys at my feet so we could play fetch.
She was feisty but could be so gentle and patient with children who loved her.
And she LOVED to meditate with me (see Buddha Kitty photo). 🧘🏼‍♀️
But most of all she was a bottomless well of pure golden love which she showered on everyone she met. And she taught me so much about love and how to give and get as much as you can in this lifetime.
I will miss her in-your-face, won’t take not for an answer love. ❤️❤️❤️
Her purring was so loud it could wake me up at night.
I’m heartbroken to lose her and I will miss her like crazy. My sweet little Lexi who could leap tall buildings with a single bound!!
She won my heart for many many lifetimes and I can’t wait to see her again 🙏🏼💔😔 by @tinalcameron

🎂🎈On 4/25/79 this sweet beautiful little human made me a mom.
Well…he was little at the time. 🥰Now he’s a great big, beautiful, handsome, strong, brave, adventurous, creative, and most of all kind & caring human and I am so proud to get to be his mom.
Thank you Luchino for choosing me. My life’s greatest joy has been to get to be your and your brother’s mom.
On this day and always I’m wishing you all the joys your beautiful heart can hold. Happy Birthday my love @thalooch 🥳💝🎂🎉🎈🎁🎊 by @tinalcameron

‼️FRAUD ALERT‼️ This person isn’t me! Please Unfriend, BLOCK, and REPORT‼️ by @tinalcameron

🎉🎂Well…I completed another trip around the sun last Sunday! Super Bowl Sunday when almost everyone is occupied and the roads are empty, (which I love;). It wasn’t a ‘milestone’ birthday so I was happy to just let it flow and happen as it wanted to.
I got to celebrate the Friday before with my twin Michael (his birthday too 🥳) when Linda took us out for a fabulous French dinner!.. and then I got to spend Saturday with Boz, my happy place 🤠. On Sunday I grabbed my bestie, Laura, and we headed to the South Coast Botanical Gardens for the ‘Year of the Fire Horse’ Celebration! (silly me thought it would have something to do with horses 🤪).
Super Bowl Sunday is a painful day for my sweet friend, and she did her best to enjoy the paper dragon show and acrobats with me. The best part was sitting in Adirondak chairs in the shade and just getting to be with her! 🥰
As I was dropping Laura off, I found out that David, one of my son’s childhood friends who now has a child of his own, was coming by with presents. His daughter loves my kitty Lexi and Lexi LOVES the attention!
As David and Daphne were leaving, my friend Debra was landing at LAX. We met up for an impromptu double birthday celebration as she’s an Aquarian sister!
And of course I heard from my 2 boys, the dearest loves of my heart 🥰💞💞
Not much was planned and it was all puurfect! (Continued in comments ⬇️⬇️⬇️ by @tinalcameron

⭐️⭐️Wishes DO come true!⭐️⭐️
Because of geography and other things, I had not been in the same room with both of my sons at the same time in over 6 years! And they both knew that the only thing I wanted for Christmas was that …..and, bless them, they made it happen! 🥰🙏🏼
Thank you and I love you @thalooch and @rcastagno with all my heart! ❤️ and as an added extra special beautiful bonus, Roberto brought @rachenowith whom I just love and adore! 🥰❤️⭐️

My happy place!! Eternally grateful for this blessing in my life! #iloveboz 🙏🏼❤️‍🩹🪽🤠 by @tinalcameron

🥳💝🎂 My beautiful boy celebrated another Birthday last week. His due date was July 4th but not wanting to share his day with a national holiday (and knowing his mama was into numerology ;-), he chose to arrive on 7/7!!
This sweet, kind, brilliant, funny, handsome man has been my pride and joy from the moment he arrived. And believe me, there’s never been a dull moment with this one! He loves with all his heart and he cares in equal measure. His unsung care and kindness to those in need fill my heart. The world….my world is a better, MUCH more tolerable place because he’s in it. I love you with all my heart @rcastagno and wish you the most joy filled year of your incredible life!! Xoxoxo 🥳💝🎂 by @tinalcameron

Self-care becomes especially crucial after losing a child — but it looks very different than most expect. It’s not just about relaxation or stress relief. Sometimes, it means diving headfirst into our pain, grief, and memories. This deep tending is the ultimate form of self-care.

At the Love Mama Grief Retreat, we stepped away from the world to fully face our loss and healing — together. It’s a community this is forged by shared pain but sustained by love and connection.

As I return from this transformative experience, I’m grateful for the courage, the laughter, the tears, and the bonds that were formed. I’m grateful that I was able to share the practice of JourneyDance with my sister Mamas and I’m so grateful for all of the amazing healers who shared their special gifts with our community. @drlauraberman Thank you for cultivating and crafting this retreat with such deep love and care. @tinalcameron Your constant light, love and hugs are a beautiful testimony that there are angels on Earth.
