Happy World Mental Health Day 💚

Well done for making it here, we see you, and we’re so happy that you’ve decided to be here.

Moving your body has been proven to release feel good endorphins, cut down anxiety, and reduce stress.

So wherever you’re at, in whatever part of the world, get up, get out, move your body! Even better if you can do it with some company. They may not have the solution but I promise you that you’ll feel better with someone by your side, even if you don’t want to talk.

We’ve been getting a lot of questions recently about whether walking is allowed, and honestly guys we’re just happy that you show up each and every week!

Our only expectation is that you move in a way that feels good to you, whether that’s a run, jog, or walk! It really is Your Distance. Your Way.

Check the bio to find out where we are each week and come join the crew, where’s its community over kilometres!

Just another Monday with the Social Run crew! 🧡

It was amazing welcoming back some of our OGs alongside a few new faces tonight. Whether running, jogging, or walking, everyone brought the energy—and we topped it off with a well-deserved catch-up over @alittledrizz

Colleennnnn Hoover... you really had to be there to get it! IYKYK 😂

We’re here every Monday, plus out and about on Wednesdays and Saturdays, so you’re spoilt for choice.

Come join the community—where connection always comes before kilometres. 🏃🏾‍♀️🧡

POV: You found the people who make 7am on a Saturday feel normal 🧡

Cadence runs every Saturday at 7am. We run the canal at Dubai Design District and finish with coffee at Bageri Form, in partnership with TINARC.

All paces welcome. Bring a friend (you know which one).
