Everyone, meet Fozzie! 🍁💜 He is the newest addition to our family. Fozzie is a 14-week-old Brindle Shih Tzu, and I am already sooo in love with him. He truly has NO idea how much he's already loved, but after lots of snuggles, we are pretty sure he loves us too 😂💜.

I want to see your pets! Show me your fur babies in the comments below! 👇🐾 by @tinauglow79

Heyyy Instagram! Let's be friends! ❤️😂

I'm a fur mama, ALWAYS THE AUNTIE, business owner, dream chaser, and occasionally a professional overthinker. 🤣

You'll find a little bit of everything over here:

🐾 Fozzie and his adorable shenanigans
😂 Humor, sass and everyday chaos
❤️ Real life and random adventures
💼 Behind the scenes of building a business

I'm working toward 5K and would LOVE to meet some new faces along the way!

If you're fun, genuine, love a good laugh, and don't take yourself too seriously...

COME SIT WITH US! 🥂❤️

Drop a hello so I can meet you!

Kindness is a choice, but boundaries are a requirement. 🛑✨

Never apologize for protecting your peace. You can be the most understanding, soft, and patient person in the room—but the second disrespect enters the chat, that version of you gets to leave. A soft heart doesn't mean a weak spine. Remember: kindness without boundaries is just an invitation to be taken advantage of.

I’m kind, but I know exactly where to draw the line. 💅

Drop a 💯 in the comments if you’re standing your ground and protecting your energy today! 👇

Growth is about showing up for yourself, even on the heavy days. This year brought essential lessons in protecting inner peace, setting boundaries by saying no, and trusting God's plan. Whether you are taking small steps or letting go of what hurts, remember to stay consistent and believe in yourself.

Which of these lessons resonated with you the most this year?

Beautifully broken, powerfully rebuilt. I am proud of the woman I am today, but I still honor the heart that got me here. 🦋Healing isn’t linear, and sometimes it’s okay to admit it was hard. Drop a ❤️ if you’re proud of how far you’ve come despite it all.

They say being a little "delulu" is the secret to getting what you want, right? 😅✨ I’ve got this crazy goal to hit 5,000 followers before the end of the year! If you love foodie adventures, random karaoke breakouts, curly hair routines, and a whole lot of puppy spam featuring Fozzie... hit that follow button! Let’s see if we can make this happen! 🎤🌮🐾

"Sunday night sports look a little different at our house! 🏈🥊 Fozzie is currently undefeated against the fluff, but it’s a close match. Who do you have your money on? 😂🐾"

Okay ladies, I need you to be completely honest with me... what do we think about this look? 😅👇

I decided to try putting Fozzie in a baby sling carrier, and the jury is still out. Does it look weird or is it secretly fashionable? Because right now, I feel like I stick out like a sore thumb! 🙈

To be fair, he is currently in training to be the official mascot and calming presence for CTU Mobile lab patients, so keeping him close by on the road is practically a business requirement, right? 🐶🩺

Let me know your thoughts in the comments! Drop a 🐾 if you would totally rock this, or a 🙅‍♀️ if I have officially lost my mind as a Shih Tzu mom!

We often complain about being tired, but we forget to be grateful that we have the opportunity to chase our own goals. The late nights, the early mornings, the setbacks—they are all part of the privilege of choosing your own path.
Remember: Hard doesn't mean bad. It just means you're growing. Save this as a reminder for your next tough day.

Never taking a single person for granted. 🫶 I really am such a "thank you so much" person, because I know no one is obligated to do anything for me. Whether you're supporting my small business journey or just being a solid friend, I will always appreciate the people who choose to show up. To everyone who consistently brings the good energy—thank you. ✨
Who is someone that always shows up for you?

We really just let anyone in during that era, didn't we? Who else has a long list of "what was I thinking" moments? 🙋‍♀️
