It is with the deepest sadness that we share that our friend & fellow founder Jeremy Wright passed away. Our friendship spans two decades and it is difficult to put his loss into words. He will be incredibly missed and all of our thoughts are with his family, who he loved dearly. by @tinderflint

Every great production starts with the right people. We’re a full-service creative studio that builds your bespoke creative team, matching the right director, DOP and crew to your brief, not the other way around. This is what roster-free looks like in practice. by @tinderflint

We handle as much as you want us to. From @disney and @amazon to @asos, @waitrose, @dyson and the @nspcc_official, we’ve delivered everything from broadcast campaigns to branded films and large-scale social-first programmes, all built around the brief, not a predetermined way of working. Whether it’s the entire project or just parts of it, we’re ready to provide the creative solution that’s the right fit. by @tinderflint

We do production differently. Have a project but don’t know where to start? Creative development, production, photography, post-production, and delivery can all be managed under one roof, or we’re just as comfortable supporting a single stage. As our Co-Founder Eliot Carroll puts it: “Smarter production isn’t about spending less. It’s about making better decisions.” We can manage it all, or just a part. Up to you. by @tinderflint

Every brief deserves the right team. That’s why we build one. Rather than a fixed roster, we draw on an established network of directors, filmmakers and specialist creatives, giving agencies and brands the freedom to find the right creative partner for every project, not just the most convenient one. Ambitious work, without compromise. by @tinderflint

Talent that’s built. Not just booked. Founded in 2010, Tinderflint has spent sixteen years building an alternative to the fixed-roster model. Every project starts with the brief; then we curate the creative team best placed to bring it to life. It’s an approach that’s earned us a reputation among agency producers as “the producers’ production company. Watch this space. by @tinderflint
