One of those places you’re glad you didn’t rush past. 🌴
 Tucked in Twentynine Palms, it’s a small pocket of the High Desert where you can grab a great meal, wander through curated shops, linger a little longer, or turn it into an overnight stay.

It also happens to be the quieter way in. Coming through 29 Palms means skipping the main entrance line into Joshua Tree National Park while still having a beautiful place to land before or after the park. Eat well, explore slowly, and give yourself a reason to stay awhile.

Always a good feeling seeing creative work find a home out here.

A new piece by @otterbachart is now up at Kitchen in the Desert, and it’s a reminder of how special it is to have artists, makers, and spaces in the desert that keep bringing new energy into the community.
