Mark Manson's 'The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*ck' is a self-help book that takes a unique approach to emphasizing the importance of embracing challenges and learning from failure. It challenges the traditional “self-help” view that positivity and optimism are essential for success.
The writing style is engaging and direct which had me glued for hours.
