DATE CHANGE! 🙇‍♀️ Come celebrate my 40th Birthday at @uncommonpathbrewing in collaboration with the closing of my @browardarts grant funded series #LifeLately which was part of mine and @tiny_blips ’ collaborative event Everything is Beautiful. Building on my passion for storytelling through visual art, my newest series #LifeLately delves into voyeurism and the depiction of human vulnerability while also reflecting on the community’s story & history. I used tagged images on social media to create the painted imagery on exhibit. This community engagement project invited Broward County residents and visitors to take and post photos of their own voyeuristic experiences around town. I hope that this series will capture the day-to-day beauty of life through your eyes and experiences, and to look at the world with new eyes. Encouraging everyone to view daily living experiences with romance and chance.
